When a buyer appears at the early stage of construction, we can sell the house to an agreed specification and timescale. We will then work with our clients to create the finished home they want; achieving the right bathrooms, kitchen, fireplaces, floor finishes, bookcases, lighting, gardens and many more details.

 

If a client has found and acquired a site to build a new house, we will manage the project from the design stage through planning, construction, fitting out, landscaping and handing over the keys on completion.

 

The working relationship is very important and we will always ensure that there is complete honesty and integrity in everything we do.
