We know the areas in which we operate and we use trusted contacts to seek and secure good sites, where we can achieve an appropriate planning consent for a house that respects the village vernacular and will be worthy of its setting.

 

We work with a variety of architects whose creative skills and experience are carefully chosen to fit the particular brief for each project.

 

To ensure and maintain the quality of our new houses, we only work with experienced and skilled craftsmen, some of whom we have known for over twenty years.

 

We consciously limit the number of projects we undertake to ensure that we can remain fully involved with each house we build.
